Free/Reduced Meal Application

There are two options for completing the application.

Paper Application

2019-2020 Free and Reduced Meals Application, you can scan or take a picture of the form and email the completed form to slarsen@ptschools.org. You may also return a paper application at a meal site before June 18, or at the district office at 1610 Blaine Street. Forms must be received by June 29 to process for benefits for the summer of 2020.

Filling out a Free and Reduced Price Application online via skyward: 

1. Log onto Skyward Family Access
2. From the drop-down on the top left of the page, choose a student
3. In the tabs on the left of the page, click Food Service 
4. Click Applications 
Click "Add Application"
5. Proceed with the Free and Reduced Price Meal Application. 
6. Application will be processed within 10 days and updated school lunch account with new status.
