The Port Townsend School District will be holding a series of community listening sessions, open to the public, from 4-5 p.m. on the following dates:
    April 20, 2017:      Grant Street Library, Topic:  New Elementary School Construction
    May 11, 2017:       Blue Heron School Commons,  Topic:  Wellness and Food Service

About Us
Port Townsend is a great place to live, work, raise a family and enjoy numerous recreational activities.  The community is very supportive of the Port Townsend School District providing enriching activities through Centrum, the Northwest Maritime Center and Wooden Boat Foundation, Building Futures (formerly Big Brothers and Big Sisters), the YMCA, Jefferson County Parks and Recreation, PTA, the Port Townsend Education Foundation, and various other youth oriented activities and clubs.    
The District had an annual average enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year of 1,214.
